Use Of The Service

Nanny Tracker helps households and caregivers record shifts, pay periods, and related childcare records. Users are responsible for entering accurate information and reviewing records before relying on them.

No Payroll, Tax, Or Legal Service

Nanny Tracker may calculate estimated hours and estimated amounts. It does not process payroll, send payments, file tax forms, provide tax advice, or act as the legal payroll system of record.

Account Access

Users must keep login credentials private and use only households and records they are authorized to access. Household owners and managers are responsible for granting appropriate access.

Availability And Changes

The service may change as beta feedback is incorporated. Features may be updated, paused, or removed to improve reliability, security, and usability.
