Why This Data Is Stored
The app uses this information to help households and caregivers keep childcare time records organized, calculate estimated hours and amounts, maintain household history, and provide support.
Who Can Access Data
Household records are scoped to users who belong to that household. Site administrators may access data only when needed to operate, debug, secure, or support the service.
Data Deletion Requests
Users can request account or household data deletion from the support page. Some records may be retained briefly in backups or logs as part of normal service operations.
Important Limits
Nanny Tracker is a time tracking and household recordkeeping app. It does not process payroll, send payments, file taxes, or replace legal payroll records.
